2. Appointments and Bookings

All appointments are subject to availability and can be booked via WhatsApp or through our website contact form. A booking is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from Annie Dollar Skin Vitality Clinic directly.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where we believe a treatment is not suitable or safe for a client, or where we are unable to proceed following a consultation.

3. Mobile and Home Appointments

Where treatments are carried out at a client's home or chosen location, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that a suitable, safe, and private space is available for the treatment to be carried out. Annie Dollar Skin Vitality Clinic reserves the right to decline to carry out a treatment at any location that is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Travel charges may apply depending on your location. Any applicable travel charges will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Consultations

A consultation is required before certain treatments can be carried out. This ensures the treatment is appropriate for your skin, health, and concerns. 5. Age Restrictions

Treatments at Annie Dollar Skin Vitality Clinic are suitable for clients aged 16 and above. Clients aged 16 or 17 must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to receiving any treatment. We reserve the right to request proof of age.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

We ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings. Any deposit paid to secure an appointment is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment time.

7. Patch Testing

Certain treatments require a patch test to be carried out prior to the appointment. It is your responsibility to attend your patch test appointment and to inform us of any reactions. All individuals receiving treatments as part of a group booking are subject to the same terms and conditions as individual clients, including consultation requirements, age restrictions, and medical disclosure obligations. The lead booker is responsible for ensuring all participants are aware of and agree to these terms prior to the event.
